Implement individualized programs for children and young adults based on ABA principles that increase communication, self-help, social and play skills.
Manage maladaptive behaviors through the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and consultation with Board Certified Behavior Analysts. (BCBAs)
Facilitate interactions with peers, coworkers, and families
Motivate clients to learn through preference assessments

Medical Billing Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking to contract with a detail-oriented and experienced biller, familiar with Tebra and the billing cycle of a small ABA clinic. As a Revenue Cycle Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the accurate billing of the services provided each week, as well as follow up until reimbursement is received. Expertise in medical coding, billing systems, and medical records will be essential in maximizing revenue and maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing and coding, preferably in a medical office setting
Proficient knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-10 coding guidelines, and billing system
