BCBA- Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Autism Specialist
The BCBA and/or Autism Specialist position will work alongside other BCBAs
and manage RBT/ISP staff to work withe children on the Autism Spectrum.
You will be responsible for a 10-12% supervision of a of 120-160 hours per week caseload.
Behavior Reduction and skill acquisition plans for each client.
Training RBT/ISP staff.
Conducting and implementing FBA and skill analysis assessments for clients.
Working in EIBI experience required.
Working toward passing your BCBA exam required to apply for the position, but BCBA certification not required upon time of applying. Let us help supervise you and pass the BIG Exam!
RBT - Full or Part time
The Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) will work in pediatrics alongside children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders, developmental disability, and other special needs.
Implement individualized programs for children and young adults based on ABA principles that increase communication, self-help, social and play skills.
Manage maladaptive behaviors through the implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and consultation with Board Certified Behavior Analysts. (BCBAs)
Facilitate interactions with peers, coworkers, and families
Motivate clients to learn through preference assessments
